Finally all the painstaking detail work from the previous steps begins to payoff. By this point we have agreed upon final plans and technical drawings in hand, all of the financing is in place, and we have entered into a construction contract. A general schedule is created and construction of your dream home or cottage is underway. Needless to say Premier will be onsite everyday managing progress and ensuring superior build quality. We will schedule periodic walk throughs with each client to keep you up to date on progress and to guarantee your absolute satisfaction. For our remote clients we will send digital pictures and create YouTube videos for you to review and share.


 

It is unlikely that all of the finishes have been finalized when construction begins, Premier will continue to work with you all along the way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your choices and maintaining that all important budget. Along with budget the schedule needs to be adhered to, Premier will be in constant contact with you to make sure all decisions have been made on time to avoid any delay in completing your home.


 

At last your beautiful new kitchen cabinets and countertops are installed, plumbing fixtures are in, final coats of paint have been applied and the last of the flooring is down.
